Get ready to see kiosks featuring children’s art at a couple of locations on the city’s trail system.
Earlier this month, the parks & rec’s advisory board chose Gordon Long Park and a spot on Frisco Trail near Wilson Park as the two locations to build the 2-by-3 foot signs.
The Fayetteville Arts Council signed off on the plan at a special meeting Tuesday night.
The kiosks, which will be paid for by the parks and recreation department, are expected to cost around $400 each.
If you ask me, the Hoover Monument could use a little company.
