Three cited in Fayetteville during Nov. 9 alcohol enforcement checks

Fayetteville Police Chief Greg Tabor last week announced that out of 22 businesses checked, three citations were issued during a recent alcohol compliance stakeout.

The Fayetteville Police Department frequently conducts random checks for compliance of businesses responsible for the sale of alcohol around town.

The most recent efforts were Wednesday, Nov. 9.

In a press release, Tabor said violations were found at El Sol Mexican Restaurant, 2630 Citizens Dr., Wing Stop, 2630 Citizens Dr., and White Oak Station, 1940 N. Crossover Rd.

One employee at each location was issued a citation for Unknowingly Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor.
