Former Fayetteville judge Mary Ann Gunn, who resigned earlier this year to preside over a TV drug court show, has agreed to never again serve in the Arkansas judiciary.
As part of the agreement, the Arkansas Judicial Disciplinary and Disability Commission dropped three claims filed against Gunn, whose show “Last Shot with Judge Gunn,” features sentenced drug court defendants who are in treatment.
The news came in a letter issued Friday by the commission. The letter didn’t reveal the nature of the complaints.
