If you haven’t been to the square in the past few days, there are a few hundred thousand lights wrapped around the trees and bushes. That’s something worth seeing.
Also worth seeing are the newcomers to the Arkansas men’s basketball team. Aside from new head coach Mike Anderson, there’s B.J. Young, Ky Madden, Hunter Mickelson, and Devonta Abron. The four are part of a top 10 recruiting class and when combined with a talented group of returners and Anderson’s fast-paced style of play, they’re fun to watch.
With today’s news that leading scorer Marshawn Powell is out for the season, the freshmen will need to step it up quick.
