McClelland Consulting Engineers Task Order No. 7 A resolution approving Task Order No. 7 to the contract with McClelland Consulting Engineers in the amount of $27,150.00 to design the rehabilitation of the former AATC hangar building at Drake Field, and approving a budget adjustment.
Transportation Division Truck Equipment Purchase A resolution approving a budget adjustment in the amount of $6,000.00 to fund the purchase of an extendo-bed, topper and ladder rack for pickup truck unit 2147.

Bellefont Gardens Tree Preservation Area Modification A resolution to approve a modification of the tree preservation area in the Bellefont Gardens development to shift about one-half acre of tree preservation area from Lot 1 to Lot 4. This resolution was tabled at the Dec. 20, 2011 meeting.
Kum & Go Appeal A resolution to grant the appeal of Kum & Go, L.C. and to amend and approve its large scale development to match the plat submitted with its appeal letter. This appeal was tabled at the Dec. 20, 2011 meeting.

New Business

There are four items on the New Business portion of the agenda including an agreement to raise the Fayetteville Police Department’s cost of booking inmates into the Washington County Detention Center from $55 to $60.

Amend Telecommunications Board An ordinance amending Article IX Telecommunications Board of the Code of Fayetteville, by redefining the procedures and duties of the Telecommunications Board.
