Bubba Hog dances at last Saturday’s Razborback basketball game against South Carolina inside Bud Walton Arena. The Hogs play Tennessee tonight in Knoxville before heading back to Fayetteville to take on Florida Saturday evening.

A Fayetteville city transportation worker who died after being struck by a vehicle on Joyce Boulevard last year could be memorialized with an honorary street designation.

Fayetteville Mardi Gras 2012 festivities begin this week. The local celebration is entering its 21st year, and there are four main events leading up to Fat Tuesday on Feb. 21.

The Eli Young Band plays a sold out show tonight at George’s Majestic Lounge in Fayetteville. The group was last in town in September for a performance at the AMP, but that was before their song “Crazy Girl” hit No. 1 on the U.S. country chart. If you wanted tickets, we hope you acted fast.
