The Fayetteville Fire Department helped send off the FHS boys basketball team Thursday morning near Baum Stadium.

Two Fayetteville Fire Department trucks formed a bridge over Razorback Road Thursday morning for the FHS boys basketball team bus to drive under on its way to Hot Springs. The Bulldogs face Little Rock Hall at 7 p.m. Friday, March 9 in the Class 7A state finals.
A new food trailer, Mountain Crepes, is set to open on Dickson Street next week. The menu includes about 25 different crepes, with a good mix of both the sweet and savory variety.
Circus Oz is coming to Walton Arts Center for a string of shows, and we’ve got two pairs of tickets to give away. Try to win ’em.

Austin’s Heartless Bastards make a stop at George’s tonight. The four-piece, who recently released their latest LP, Arrow, was last in town as an opener for Jenny Lewis. Long Beach’s The Fling open the show. Admission is $10. Grab a ticket.
Also tonight, locals 3 Penny Acre play their final Goodfolk show before the venue closes its Block Avenue stage this year. Opening are Charlottesville, Va.-based band The Honey Dewdrops. Tickets are $15. Music starts at 7:30 p.m.
