What are you guys doing on Sunday afternoons in the month of June?
We ask, because the library will host a series of free concerts every Sunday in the Walker Community Room, and if you’re not busy, you might as well make plans to be there.
It’s called the Mountain Street Stage Music Series, and it kicks off June 3 with old time fiddle music by Jonathan Trawick and Friends, followed by smooth jazz from Walter Savage Trio June 10, surf-rock classics from Ryan Ashwork and the Ho-Dad’s June 17, and smokin’ hot blues from RJ Mischo and His Red Hot Blues Band on June 24.
All of the shows begin at 2 p.m., and admission to these concerts is absolutely free. As in, zero dollars.
For more information, call 479-856-7250.
