Newly installed light pole banners welcome Razorback fans to Dickson Street.

When the national cameras arrive to cover the Hogs this fall, Fayetteville will be a bit more ready for its close-up thanks to some newly-installed signage on Dickson Street.
Several downtown business owners say they hope to bring back Springfest in 2013. Last year was the first time the event was not held since its inception in 1983.
KUAF’s Ozarks at Large team brought its radio program to the Fayetteville Public Library Friday afternoon for a live broadcast as part of this weekend’s Fayetteville Roots Festival activities.
The city’s second annual Fest of All event, celebrating the many cultures in the Ozarks, is set for 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6.
