Fayetteville Underground artist Ed Pennebaker installs a chandelier in preparation for the gallery’s holiday show which begins tonight.

The Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs has closed and is up for sale. Despite a call for donations two months ago, the nonprofit which owns the play did not receive enough money to reopen for the 2013 season.

The Fayetteville Underground Holiday Show runs from 5 to 10 p.m. today through Saturday inside the gallery on the downtown square.
3 Penny Acre, Groovement, and Randall Shreve & The Sideshow will headline the 2012 installment of Last Night Fayetteville, it was announced this week.
The inaugural Thunder on the Mountain country music and camping festival will include performances by Toby Keith, Luke Bryan, Big & Rich, Montgomery Gentry and many more.
Bear Grylls’ new reality series, set to air on NBC this summer, will hold an open casting call in Fayetteville from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15 at Fayetteville Athletic Club.
