Classic rockers, Rock ‘n’ Roll hall of famers, and weirdly bearded band ZZ Top is heading to Fayetteville this fall.
Walton Arts Center officials on Thursday announced that the band is coming to town for a show on Friday, Oct. 4 at the Arkansas Music Pavilion.
ZZ Top, formed in Houston in the late 1960s, is crazy famous for their classic hits “Gimme All Your Lovin,” “Sharp Dressed Man,” “Legs” and their latest release, “I Gotsta Get Paid.”
They’re one of the longest running bands in the country still touring with their original lineup, featuring founders Billy F. Gibbons (guitar and lead vocals), Dusty Hill (bass and vocals), Frank Beard (drums). The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
Tickets range from $37-102, and go on sale at 9 a.m. on Thursday, May 30 at arkansasmusicpavilion.com.
