Just in case, though, here’s your reminder.

The dinner will include a five-course meal by Chef William Lyle, a special dessert created by Ghirardelli’s Chocolatier Steve Genzoli, and of course, interesting wine parings with each course. The event will also include a silent auction featuring a guitar autographed by Wynonna Judd, custom blown glass art from Riley Art Glass Studio in Hot Springs, large format bottles of wine. Tickets to the dinner are $200 per person.
Friday’s festivities include the Uncorked! Wine Tasting, featuring more than 400 wines from around the world and food from some great local restaurants for $80 per person.
The Premier Tasting is at 6 p.m. on Saturday night, and features some elite wines such as Opus One, Dom Perignon, Honig and Mondavi. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will also be served. Tickets are $150 per person.
