Arkansas head basketball coach Mike Anderson on Wednesday announced that junior forward Jacorey Williams will not return to the Razorbacks for the upcoming season.

Williams, who was projected to be a starter this year, has had an offseason plagued with off-the-court trouble. He was one of three Hog basketball players arrested last month on forgery charges. He was also allegedly involved in a pair of assaults that happened at a Fayetteville bar recently.

“Jacorey has been a part of our program for the past three years and we wish him the best as he pursues his future away from Razorback Basketball,” said Anderson. “Members of our program carry a responsibility to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the expectations we have established for our student-athletes both on and off the court.”

Williams played in 96 games during his three-year career with the Razorbacks, averaging 3.8 points and 2.3 rebounds per game.
