Friday, Jan. 1
It’s a holiday weekend, so there aren’t a ton of events scheduled over the next few days. Eat some chili. Watch some football, maybe.
TheatreSquared is open for the holiday, and will be performing their version of Peter & The Starcatcher at Nadine Baum Studios.
There’s also a handful of live music events in town, including GUTA, The Phosphenes and The Last True Heathens at George’s Majestic Lounge.

Saturday, Jan. 2
Compared to a normal Saturday, there are a lot less events scheduled in Fayetteville this week due to the New Year holiday. It happens.
There are a few cool things happening in town, though, including a rock show you could check out at Lalaland with Glasir and Auric.
The Razorbacks will take on Kansas State in the Liberty Bowl at 2:20 p.m. on Saturday. The game will be televised by ESPN.
