Five chefs from all over the region preparing five dishes paired with five local beers, all to benefit a local urban farm in Fayetteville.
If that sounds your idea of a good time, mark your calendar for Sunday, March 13, and get ready to head down to Greenhouse Grille.
That’s when the restaurant will host a beer dinner featuring local brews from Ozark Beer Co. and a five-course feast to benefit Tri Cycle Farms.
Participating chefs include Jason Paul (Heirloom Food & Wine), John Lupton (Greenhouse Grille/Wood Stone), Rob Nelson (Tusk & Trotter), Patric Lane (Arsaga’s Depot), and Tammy Varney.
Local musician Bryan Hembree will provide the soundtrack for the evening, spinning his collection of vintage vinyl.
The cost for the food and brews (including tax & gratuity) is $50 per person, and all of the proceeds will benefit the local farm. The dinner begins at 6 p.m.
