Fire up the grill and start soaking those brats, America. It’s almost time for an Independence Day party.
Fourth of July is fast approaching, and folks all over Northwest Arkansas have already begun asking themselves “Where can I watch some fireworks in Fayetteville (or Farmington, Prairie Grove, West Fork, Springdale, Rogers, or Bentonville) in 2016?”
We’ve scoured the internets, and below is a list of the displays we’ve found scheduled throughout the area so far this year.
Of note, the folks at the Northwest Arkansas Mall will not be hosting their annual display for the first time in a long time this year, so don’t count on that one. In fact, we haven’t been able to find any public fireworks display at all planned in Fayetteville in 2016.
There are plenty of others all over the region, however, beginning with a large display just up the road in Springdale at Parsons Stadium as part of the Rodeo of the Ozarks festivities on June 25.
If we discover more, we’ll add those to the list. As always, if you know of other local fireworks displays that are open to the public that aren’t on the list, feel free to let us know in the comments.
Happy 4th of July, everyone.
