The holidays are officially here, so there’s not a ton happening over the next few days in Fayetteville.

We did find a few things, however. Walton Arts Center has a cool-sounding show with The Hip Hop Nutcracker, TheatreSquared’s version of Great Expectations continues at Nadine Baum Studios, and local favorites Ben Miller Band are back in town for a show at George’s on Thursday night.

Friday, Dec. 23

There’s a huge benefit for the NWA Children’s Shelter on Friday night at George’s featuring Rozenbridge, The Jinns (Reunion), Animals (Pink Floyd Tribute), Lou Dog (Sublime Tribute) and Photosphere, along with art by Samantha Post-Hunt, Ashtyn Barbaree, Sarah Loethen and Jennifer Baker. Tickets are $10, and all the proceeds benefit the shelter.
