The Arkansas Razorbacks (23-8) will face the Ole Miss Rebels (20-12) Friday at approximately 8:35 p.m. in the quarterfinals of the SEC Basketball Tournament in Bridgestone Arena at Nashville.
The Rebels defeated Missouri, 86-74, Thursday night to advance to meet the Razorbacks, who earned a double bye in the tournament with a third place finish in the regular season.
The Razorbacks defeated the Rebels, 98-80, on Feb. 18 at Walton Arena in the squads’ only meeting this year.
Friday’s other quarterfinal games are Georgia vs. Kentucky at noon, Alabama vs. South Carolina at 2:25 p.m. and Vanderbilt vs. Florida at 6 p.m. The SEC Network will televise all SEC quarterfinal games.
If Arkansas advances to Saturday’s semifinals, the Hogs would play the winner of the Florida-Vanderbilt game at approximately 2:25 p.m. The SEC Tournament semifinals and finals will be televised by ESPN.
