The old Big 8 Tire building on College Avenue will soon have some new tenants.
According to Talk Business and Politics, the building (more recently occupied by Daisy Exchange resale shop) at 2407 N. College Ave. will be home to the second location of Hounds Lounge Pet Resort & Spa. The company purchased the 8,868-square-foot building for $550,000 last fall.
The business, operated by Mandy Marshall and Justin Harris, operates a location in Little Rock, and according to their website, offers dog boarding services in a “luxury pet hotel” offering “an exciting vacation for dogs.”
Rates range from $19 per day for day care, and $39.99 per night for overnight stays.
