Registration events will take place at each elementary school in the FPS system from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8.
Children must be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1, 2018 to register.
Documents needed for registration include:
- Current Proof of residence (gas, water, electric bill, or lease)
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Social Security card
- Student enrollment form
- Health information form
A physical examination is also required with 90 days of enrollment. Forms and informational materials are available online. Forms will also be available at each school during the registration event.
