Bronx Tale is at the WAC this weekend
This weekend in Fayetteville has something for pretty much everyone.
Want to see a musical? Check out the Broadway hit Bronx Tale at Walton Arts Center.
You could also check out a Pulitzer finalist, and a play considered one of the best recent works in The Wolves over at TheatreSquared’s space in Nadine Baum Studios.
Want to see some local legends at work? Earl & Them are at George’s. Want a rock show? Check out Shook Yank, Muscle Goose, and TV Preacher at Backspace. Wanna hear some jamming? See Spafford at George’s Majestic Lounge.
There’s a lot more below. Click around for details.

The Fayetteville Public Library will celebrate the groundbreaking of their big expansion project on Saturday morning. After the groundbreaking event, attendees will be guided to the children’s library to participate in a Read Across America celebration honoring Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Here’s more info.
In the afternoon, the annual Mardi Gras Fat Saturday Parade of Fools will make its way down Dickson Street beginning at 2 p.m.
Local songwriter Shannon Wurst is performing an intimate show at the Guisinger Music House on the downtown Square Saturday night. She’ll have a full band with her this time. Tickets are almost sold out, FYI.
There’s an all-ladies comedy show at Backspace on Saturday night. It’s called Ladies Night in Cursive II, and proceeds from the event benefit Planned Parenthood.
Also in music, there’s a cool show at Nomad’s with locals Moonsong and Molasses Disaster, and Boogie T.Rio is at George’s.
Have a great weekend, everyone.
