Artosphere’s signature event returns to Frisco Trail in downtown Fayetteville at 5:30 p.m. Friday with Trail Mix, a blend of live art and music, and activities for kids and families. Visit each stop along the trail between Prospect Street and Meadow Street. Featured this year is an intergalactic scavenger hunt and an inflatable planetarium. Musicians include Mömandpöp, Papa Rap, The Crumbs, Block Street Hot Club, Rae Elle and Rozenbridge. Check out the map on our event page to see each stop location.
NWA Pride festivities kick off Friday night at the Fayetteville Town Center with Out in the Ozarks, an evening of comedy with Fortune Feimster and local group That’s What She Said. As of Friday morning, there were only a few tickets left.
The official pre- and post-party for Out in the Ozarks is a rainbow disco dance party at Maxine’s Tap Room. The party starts at 7 p.m. and lasts until 2 a.m.

Saturday starts with another Farmer’s Market on the downtown square.
Just down the street at the Fayetteville Public Library, Symphony of Northwest Arkansas (SoNA) cellist Christian Serrano-Torres will perform a free concert with narrator Jessica Dutton. The duo will present “When You Wish Upon a Star,” which includes song and dance opportunities for young children and their families.
Saturday NWA Pride events include the annual festival and parade, which will make its way up Dickson Street beginning at noon. The festival features a beer garden; food, craft, and nonprofit vendors; the PFLAG family zone; and the NWA Bear King Contest.
Later on Saturday, “the official party of NWA Pride,” called Glitterville will take place at George’s Majestic Lounge. This year’s event will feature Alyssa Edwards of Netflix’ DocuSeries “Dancing Queen” and RuPaul’s Drag Race, along with performances by DJ Joe Ross, DJ ATM, Arin Austin, Iman & the Haus of DeMarco, Taylor Madison Monroe, Miss Gay Oklahoma, Shanel Sterling, and Miss Gay Arkansas, Chloe Jacobs.
Razorback fans can tune into ESPN at 6 p.m. to watch the Hogs take on the Florida State Seminoles in the College World Series.

NWA Pride weekend finishes Sunday with the official pool party at Mount Sequoyah. The event is 18+. Admission is $20. General entry will be available at the gate. Those 21+ can enjoy beverages from Lost Forty Brewing and Tito’s Vodka.
Later that afternoon, wrestling returns to the Fayetteville Town Center with the WCWA Showdown. Tickets are $10-$20 and are available at the door.
