A 121-year tradition continues in Tontitown this weekend. The annual Grape Festival is taking place through Saturday night on Henri De Tonti Boulevard (U.S. 412). There are carnival rides, an arts and crafts fair, a 5K walk/run, and free live music. Here’s more info and a full schedule.
How about an outdoor concert in south Fayetteville at a tiny house shaped like a guitar amplifier? We’ve got that. Locals Dandelion Heart and Common Roots will perform outside the Tiny Amp House, located at the corner of South Willow Avenue and E. 7th Street in Fayetteville. The show starts at 7 p.m.
Also in south Fayetteville, there’s a comedy show at Nomad’s featuring some comedians from Tulsa.
Music-wise, there are rock shows at Backspace with the Phlegms, Terminus, Cowards, Combat Drug and Low Spirits, and at George’s with Sevendust and Big Story.
There’s a lot more below. Click around for more info.

Fayetteville Farmers’ Market / Staff photo
Saturday is a good day for art in the Fayetteville region.
Wanna see Flaming Lips front man Wayne Coyne do some demonstrations of his spin art? You can do that at Arts Center of the Ozarks Saturday night from 7-9 p.m. Hopefully you secured a spot for that, though, because that experience is sold out.
Other world-class artists will be putting their talents on display at Crystal Bridges at the museum’s Chalk Festival, beginning Saturday morning at 10 a.m. The artists will be working on their sidewalk-chalk mandalas beginning at 10:30 a.m., and they’ll be finished up to check out in full on Sunday. Here’s more info.
Music-wise, you can check out locals Makin Loaf and Traveling Squirrels at Nomad’s, Mouton, The Chads, and Jess Harp will perform at Smoke & Barrel, and 90s tribute Mixtapes will perform at George’s.
There’s more below. Have a great weekend, everyone.
