Tina Archer-Cope was named the new general manager for the Fayetteville Town Center. She replaces Jordan Garcia, who recently resigned to take an out-of-state position.
Archer-Cope previously served as director of sales for the center, which is overseen by Experience Fayetteville, the city’s convention and visitor’s bureau.
“Tina combines sales experience with a rich background in hospitality and is a natural leader,” said Experience Fayetteville CEO Molly Rawn. “She cares tremendously about her staff, and will work diligently to serve our clients and community.”
Archer-Cope will oversee 15 employees, who coordinate a variety of tailored events, including conventions, weddings, concerts, business seminars, non-profit galas, professional trade shows and more.
“I am thrilled for this exciting new opportunity at the Fayetteville Town Center, and I am excited to watch our team grow and develop,” Archer-Cope said. “We have made great strides to improve the experiences offered for our guests. It’s our mission to provide exceptional service.”
Archer-Cope is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University, having earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality administration and management.
