Remember that new streaming show TheatreSquared debuted earlier this week? It’s playing all weekend on a streaming-on-demand basis. Here’s more on the show, and how to watch it.
Local rockers Uncrowned Kings are kicking off the weekend of shows at George’s Friday night during happy hour. Later on, Bart Crow and Chad Cooke Band will perform. On Saturday, George’s has a Back to School DJ show featuring performances by 3Fay, DJ Dick, and A-Higgy. It’s a free show.
Also in music, local favorites The Odds will play at JJ’s on Dickson Friday night. It’s an 8 p.m. show.
How about some exercise? Fayetteville Parks & Rec will host their annual Frozen Toes 5K and 15K run Saturday on Kessler Mountain. Here’s our post about that with some more info.
