Grammy Award winners and Rock of Roll Hall of Famers The Doobie Brothers are coming back to town this summer.
The band is set to perform at the Walmart AMP on Saturday, July 6 as art of their upcoming “The 2024 Tour” announced this week.
The band, currently made up of Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons, John McFee, and Michael McDonald, has sold more than 50 million records worldwide of their career, won four Grammy Awards, with five top 10 singles and 16 top 40 hits.
The group released a single called “Lahaina” last year in support of those affected by the fires that devastated the islands of Maui in 2023. The new single also features contributions by Mick Fleetwood, Jake Shimabukuro and Henry Kapono.
The Doobie Brothers last played in NWA at the Walmart AMP in 2016.
