My friends at the Fayetteville Flyer said the headline felt kind of clickbait-y. Pretty sure they just don’t understand real estate. Anywho, now that you are here…
This like-new home in Riverwalk, one of Fayetteville’s hottest neighborhoods, likely checks a ton of your boxes. The remaining phases in this subdivision are still being built out, and yes, you can still have this Cooper floor plan built out brand new. As for the bedrooms, you’ve got nice separation between the primary suite and the guest bedrooms, with the primary on one side of the house and the other three bedrooms aaaaaall the way on the other side of the house. That’s a separation everyone’s going to like.
Featured in the primary bathroom are double sinks, a jetted tub, a step-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet that’s big enough to hold, an island? Not like the kind you get stranded on, like the ones in the store, with the featured sale items. Oooo, that’s a heck of a deal on creamed corn, think I’ll just, grab me a case real quick here.
Finally, there is the community. In addition to the neighborhood pool and basketball area, there is also a stocked fishing pond and access to the White River just a few minutes walk from your front door. And if you plan to stay a few years, you may one day have the best access in all of Fayetteville to what is slated to be our first true river access facility, Combs Park. Current plans include access for picnicking, hiking, swimming, wading, fishing and paddling, all literally just steps from your neighborhood.
