Best I can tell from the Corps of Engineers website, there are a little over 5,000 boat slips available on all of Beaver Lake. Owning just one of those slips would be better than, say, a handful of Spanish doubloons. But owning TWO slips? I dunno … how many of those scepters have you got?

The two-slip boat garage comes fully-enclosed, so you can more safely store your fishing gear, water skis, all of your favorite lake toys. And one of those two slips is actually already filled for you, as the pontoon boat currently parked in it conveys with the sale of the property.
