The Fayetteville Animal Shelter will waive adoption fees for current and former members of the armed services and their spouses through Saturday, July 7.

We snapped some photos during Saturday morning’s NWA Pride Parade as participants made their way along Dickson Street near the Walton Arts Center.

We haven’t been able to reach anyone for comment, but we thought we’d go ahead and note that there’s a “Larry’s Pizza Coming Soon” banner hanging on a building on MLK.

Mayor Lioneld Jordan last week nominated Ward 3 Alderman Bobby Ferrell to replace him on the Fayetteville Advertising and Promotion Commission through the end of the year.
