The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will host a series of free Tuesday night events that include full access to the garden grounds beginning this month in east Fayetteville.

Select evenings will offer a variety of programs, including musical performances, educational classes and demonstrations, and other garden activities.

With the exception of June 13, the events will continue through the end of August.

The series kicks off at 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 6 with “Jack and the Beanstalk” by Opera in the Ozarks. The show is set to the music of Gilbert and Sullivan with words by John Davies, who also adapted last year’s “Pinocchio.”

Lawn chairs, blankets and picnics are welcome, but pets are not allowed into the garden.

For more information, contact Elizabeth Wilhelm, director of special events, at 479-750-2620.
