The UA Headliner Concert Committee has added two more artists to the lineup of the 2023 Springtime of Youth Festival.

Officials this week announced that rock band Grouplove and songwriter Faye Webster will play the event, set for Saturday, April 22 at the Baum-Walker Stadium parking lot.

The artists join rapper, singer, and songwriter Aminé on the lineup of the event.

It sounds like more artists may be soon announced as well. An Instagram post announcing Faye Webster on Thursday indicated that a “full lineup” will be announced soon.

Springtime of Youth debuted in 2015 as an alternative to the committee’s typical semester concerts held at Barnhill Arena. The inaugural event took place over two consecutive days, but was converted to a single-day event in 2016.

Past performers include Kesha, Galantis, Bleachers, Lil Dicky, Big Sean, Young the Giant, Caitlyn Smith, Diplo, Wiz Khalifa, Børns, Mutemath, Moxie Raia, MisterWives, Dominic Fike, and others.

No ticket information has been announced just yet, but in previous years the shows have been free for students, and if there are any left, general admission tickets eventually become available to the public.

We’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
