UPDATE: John Brousseau claimed the winning ticket purchased in Fayetteville, lottery officials announced on July 26. The winning numbers for that night’s drawing were white balls 5, 8, 9, 17 and 41, with the Powerball being 21. The multiplier was four. Brousseau matched four white balls and the Powerball number.

A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was recently sold at a gas station in Fayetteville.

The winning ticket was purchased by someone inside Kum & Go #409 at 2388 N. College Ave. at the southeast corner of Township Street.

Another Powerball player won $200,000 after buying a winning ticket from a Flash Market in Clinton.

The tickets have not yet been claimed, according to lottery officials.

“We urge all players who purchased Powerball tickets at these locations to check their tickets,” said Eric Hagler, Arkansas Scholarship Lottery executive director. “The winner has 180 days from July 17 to claim their prizes.”

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to play.
