A sporting goods chain will soon open an outlet store in Fayetteville.
Dick’s Sporting Goods has plans for a warehouse sale location at 2999 N. College Ave. in Fiesta Square, in the space formerly home to Hastings, according to signs on the building.

The warehouse locations offer up to 70% off apparel, shoes, and other items, according to the company’s website.
A manager of the store told us this week that they are a few weeks away from opening.
If all goes well, the Fayetteville store could be open sometime around Oct. 18-20, the manager said.
