(Courtesy)A multi-genre rock band known for their high-energy live shows is coming to Fayetteville next fall.
JJs Live officials this week announced that Australian band King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard will perform at the venue on Wednesday, Nov. 13.
It will be the first time to Fayetteville for the band that has been performing since 2010. They are fresh off the release of their latest album The Silver Chord which came out last month, their second release of the year.
The band is crazy prolific, releasing five albums in a single year in 2017, and three albums during the month of October last year. They are also known for playing hundreds of live shows each year.
They are all over the place genre-wise as well, with everything from surf and garage rock to progressive, psychedelic rock, metal, and more represented in their extensive catalog of music.
Tickets to the show at JJ’s Live range from $49.50 for general admission to $59.50 for pit/floor tickets. VIP options are also available. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 10 at stubs.net.
