Old Santa Claus himself will be dropping in for an appearance in Fayetteville this year. Quite literally.
The jolly old elf is scheduled to skydive into the Arkansas Air & Military Museum for an event called the Santa Drop on Saturday, Dec. 2.
The free event features a skydiving exhibition including Santa and a handful of his elves parachuting onto the museum grounds.
In addition to the exhibition, Santa will also hang around and take photos with attendees until around 1 p.m.
Gates will open for the event at 10 a.m., and the exhibition will begin at 11 a.m.
In the case of inclement weather, back up dates for the event are set for Dec. 9 or Dec. 16.
The event is free to attend and open to the public.
