New York-based rock band Taking Back Sunday is coming to Fayetteville.

The band on Tuesday announced a summer across the US that will kick off in New Orleans on May 19 before making a stop at JJ’s Live a couple days later on May 21.

The tour is in support of the band’s new record 152, released back in October.

The band, made up on John Nolan on guitar, Adam Lazzara on vocals, Shaun Cooper on bass, and Mark O’Connell on drums, has been performing together for more than 20 years.

The show at JJ’s will be their first trip to NWA for the group since they performed with Coheed and Cambria at the Walmart AMP back in 2018.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6 , and the general on-sale date for the tour is set for 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 8. Ticket prices have not been announced.
