The city on Wednesday announced that trash and recycling collections will be on a modified schedule again due to road conditions caused by inclement weather.

Crews will prioritize flat routes on Wednesday, but it’s possible that some customers may not receive pickup services, especially those in hilly areas or where roads are not clear enough for safe travel.

The city reminded residents that two recycling drop-off facilities are available 24 hours per day and seven days a week for those who do not wish to wait for recycling services to resume.

Limited collections for commercial routes will take place on Wednesday, officials said.

Trash, recycling, and yard waste pickups will resume next week on a normal weekly schedule, weather permitting.
