(Flyer photos/Todd Gill)The 31st annual Mardi Gras parade kicked off shortly after 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 10 in downtown Fayetteville.
The 2024 Fat Saturday Parade of Fools traveled down Block Avenue before heading west along Dickson Street, and included costumes, floats, and plenty of beads.

This year’s parade grand marshal was Majestic Storm of 40/29 Sunrise Weather, while the queen and king were Nancy and Steve Ballard of the Krewe of Olympia.
