A new springtime event will debut in downtown Fayetteville this spring.
The new event, called Fayetteville Strawberry Festival, is set for 12-6 p.m. on Sunday, May 19 on the downtown square.

The event will be organized by the new Downtown Fayetteville Coalition, the group that organized last year’s Falltoberfest event on Dickson Street.
The event will include live music, family activities, food, and more, organizers said.
More details will be released as the event gets closer.
