A cool show is coming to Arsaga’s this weekend.

The restaurant, which made the decision to close for dinner and focus on lunch and brunch service, has recently been hosting events in the evening. Austin-based band Large Brush Collection, along with locals Jude Brothers and Dana Louise, will perform at the venue on Saturday, Feb. 17.

Large Brush Collection is in town fresh off the release of their first full-length album, Off Center, earlier this year. The band had released a string of promising singles before that, and Paste Magazine recent said their music “fuses the charm of Hayley Heynderickx and the generous and gorgeous chemistry of Big Thief.”

The band is led by bassist Nora Predey, and includes flutist Gabriela Torres, guitarist Dan Magorrian, and drummer Rishi Bajekal. Listen to their track “Better Be” in the video embedded below.

Local artist Jude Brothers, whose latest album recently made Paste’s list of the best country, folk and Americana albums of the year, will open the show along with local songwriter Dana Louise.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and music starts at 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $12, and on sale now at Eventbrite.
