Adventure Subaru, in collaboration with Operation Warm and Light House Solutions, recently donated over 500 new winter coats, shoes, and socks to local children in need during a special event.

The donation was part of a national effort by Subaru aimed at providing support to those experiencing homelessness or urgent-need situations.

The local event offered an opportunity for children to select clothing items in their favorite colors, according to a news release.

“We know there are many children in our area experiencing homelessness or other urgent need situations, so it is important that we lend a helping hand to our community,” said Danielle Hoffman, marketing director of Adventure Subaru. “The Subaru Loves to Help initiative is one of the many ways Adventure Subaru gives back throughout the year, and we’re grateful to partner with Light House Solutions and Operation Warm to provide meaningful warmth and comfort to those who need it most.”

This winter, Adventure Subaru was one of more than 630 Subaru retailers across the country providing clothing items to support their communities.
