It’s almost time for another dog party on Dickson Street.

Registration is now open for the 11th annual Dickson Street Pup Crawl, set for 2-6 p.m. on Saturday, April 27.

Similar to a traditional pub crawl, participants can visit various bars and restaurants in the city’s entertainment district, but this time they can bring their dog.

Proceeds raised go directly to Fayetteville Animal Services. Justine Lentz, the city’s animal services superintendent, said last year’s event raised nearly $10,000.

Registration for the event is $40 (plus fees), and includes a t-shirt, dog bandana, and access to canine-themed drink specials at all participating bars for the day. One dog per person will be allowed to participate in the crawl.

Participating businesses include 21st Amendment, Bugsy’s, Buster’s, C-4, Cork & Keg, Grub’s, Infusion, Kingfish, Marley’s Pizzeria, Roger’s Rec, Rolando’s and Nomads West End.

Aside from the 12 bars and restaurants, the event features a “Paw-ty Central” at the Walton Arts Center’s Rose Garden with doggie splash pools, a selfie spot and more.

Tickets are only available in advance, and can be purchased online at Eventbrite.com.
