The Walton Arts Center will host a blood drive in partnership with the American Red Cross from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3.

The center will provide live entertainment for blood donors in attendance that day, including performances by guitarists Paul Price, Ben Harris, and William Reyes.

Walton Arts Center began hosting blood drives with live entertainment during the pandemic when demand for blood rose, and musicians were struggling as live performances were halted at that time. Since then, the arts center has continued the tradition.

Donors are encouraged to schedule an appointment prior to arrival, officials said. Appointments can be made at redcrossblood.org.

The schedule of performances is as follows:
10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. – Guitarist Paul Price
11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.. – Guitarist Ben Harris
1:30-3 p.m.  – Christian William Reyes
