Bobby Petrino’s first season as head football coach was disappointing for some. The Hogs had lost a majority of their backfield and some of the most talented players ever to wear a Razorback uniform in Darren McFadden, Felix Jones, and Peyton Hillis, and finished the season at 5-7.
But the Hogs ended the season on a positive note, beating the LSU Tigers in War Memorial stadium, and the hopes are already high for this season with the Hogs bringing in a top 20 recruiting class, and with all-everything transfer quarterback Ryan Mallet making his debut for the Hogs this spring. The Hogs begin spring practice today at 4:00, and will get 15 practices in, primarily on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday schedule before the spring game on April 18th.
Practices are free and open to the public. Football!
