Bill Engvall tickets and The Ten Tenors at WAC

With the relentless rain that has descended upon us and with no clear end of it in sight, consider chillaxing under the roof of one of Fayetteville’s most prized possessions, Walton Arts Center. Bill Engvall tickets go on sale this morning and there’s a show tomorrow night that you might not have heard about yet. Checkemout:

Do you know who Bill Engvall is? He starred in Blue Collar Comedy Tour, The Movie, on Comedy Central and currently, he’s starring in and executively producing the new half-hour sitcom for TBS entitled “The Bill Engvall Show.” He also hosts one of the top rated shows on CMT, “Country Fried Home Videos”. It’s safe to say he’s a pretty popular guy.

It’s also safe to say that since we live in Arkansas where lots of folks around here can certainly relate to the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, if you want tickets to this show, you’d probably better go ahead and buy them now. Just sayin’.

Tickets are $40 and go on sale at 9am today (Wednesday, May 6) and you’ll have your choice of two shows on August 8 at the Walton Arts Center. (4pm and 8pm). Get ’em at

The Ten Tenors

Do you know who The Ten Tenors are? According to their bio, they originally got together for fun and to make a little extra cash. However, the group apparently has some “zany antics” and a famous “Australian sense of humor” which are netting them some worldwide fanfare. Their latest album, Nostalgica, is being described as “a romantic journey of musical discovery, combining classic ballads, opera takes on post-war jazz and a dash of pop culture for good measure.”
