As of today, there are zero Einstein Bros. Bagels locations open in Fayetteville.
Double that number, then add two, and you’ll get the amount of Einstein Bros. Bagels locations that will soon be open in town. In other words, there will be two.
Mike Philip, owner of the Einstein’s Bros. location in Rogers, will open a second restaurant in Evelyn Hills Shopping Center in Fayetteville on Tuesday, Aug. 9. A grand opening celebration is planned, and beginning at 5:30 a.m. that morning, the restaurant will give the first 100 people in line a coupon book good for a free breakfast sandwich every week for a year (over 18 years old, with photo ID). The restaurant’s will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Also, according to a banner hanging on the University of Arkansas campus, a second Einstein’s location is set to open inside Willard J. Walker Hall.
We haven’t heard back from our contact yet, so we don’t know the official opening date for the campus location, but the banner out front indicates it’s coming “S (everything bagel) (cream cheese bagel) n!”
