Two Fayetteville businesses that got their start at the Yacht Club – Hawaiian Brian’s and Grey Dog – are expanding out of their Airstream trailers and into brick-and-mortar buildings along College Avenue.
Visiting Irish graffiti artist Maser will exhibit several new works at an opening and reception today at Studio 3. Maser has been in Arkansas for six weeks leading up to the show, where he has been working on a mural in downtown Fort Smith, painting in his studio, and interacting with kids at Boardertown skate park.
In addition to preparing to open their second show of the 2012-13 season, TheatreSquared officials yesterday announced they’ll receive a $20,000 National Endowment for the Arts grant to support the 2013 Arkansas New Play Festival.
