Plans for the new parking deck in downtown Fayetteville are moving along as scheduled. Aldermen are expected to approve a contract for construction management services next week.

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning until 10 a.m. Thursday and from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Friday for Northwest Arkansas.
