After a year hiatus, Springfest finally returned to Fayetteville on Saturday, June 22.
And despite the hot temperatures over the weekend, hundreds of Fayetteville residents turned out to welcome the bed races, live music, local vendors and more back to Dickson Street.
The event featured a dog parade, a pancake breakfast, a 5k run, a pub crawl, and performances by nearly 30 music and performing arts groups.
Dozens of local vendors, including businesses, artists, crafters, and non-profit organizations also braved the heat, and lined the streets during the event.
This year’s festival raised money for the Washington County chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
Here are a few photos we snapped on Saturday. Welcome back, Springfest.
