Cast of TheatreSquared’s The Ding Dong
It’s one of the busiest weekends of the year in Fayetteville.
University of Arkansas Graduation is on Saturday, and there are a ton of big events taking place all over the region to take advantage of all the extra folks who will be in town for the event.
One of the signature events of Walton Arts Center’s annual Artosphere Festival is Friday night at Crystal Bridges. The Artosphere Festival Orchestra will perform a concert entitled Mozart in the Museum in the great hall.
Talented local artist Brandon Bullette will open a new show at Fossil Cove Friday night. He’ll also be on hand live-painting some new work, and the brewery’s new Rye IPA will be released.
Sports-wise, the Razorbacks will play their final scheduled home series of the year versus Vanderbilt this weekend at Baum Stadium. The first pitch Friday night is scheduled for 6 p.m.
TheatreSquared debuts a new show this week as well. Their take on the classic French farce, The Dingdong, opened Wednesday, and there are several performances scheduled this weekend. A full schedule and ticket info are on their website.
